We will run through several questions, which will allow us to better understand your move. Some moves will be in a chain, other will be relocations or a move into storage so this part of the process is really important.
Once we know a little mor, we will do one of the following to accurately assess your removal.
On larger moves and those in chains, we often to prefer to visit your property. All of our estimators are trained to carry out accurate inventories ahead of providing a quotation. Not only this, it’s really important to us as an extension of our initial assessment to better understand what’s important to you when moving.
We are forward thinking, and for smaller moves, or for those only wanting a rough idea of costs, we offer a full virtual survey.
We will issue instructions via what’s app which provides details on how to shoot your own inventory via video from the comfort of your own home.
If it’s only a smaller move and you have written an inventory, that’s fine by us, we will provide details on where to send it for us to review.
Now we have all of the relevant details, we understand your requirements and know what needs to be moved, we are ready to provide a quotation.
We will issue you with a fixed quotation within 48 hours, which details the services provided as well as extras that are available (such as dismantling services, and packing).
It will also contain a copy of our terms and conditions which is a really important part of hiring a professional trade. It sets our expectations for you and gives you protection by providing you with clear guidelines on what to expect from us.
Booking & leading up to move day.
Once you have gone through your quote, compared us like for like with other quotes you received and asked any questions you have, hopefully it will be time to book in.
Once we confirm a booking with you and take a deposit, we will not let you down. Unfortunately, this can happen in our industry but we take pride in our commitment to being there for you when you need us.
We will schedule your move in, confirm arrival times and then you are all set for a stress-free move.
